Since Fratelli offers freshly prepared food products that are made to order, we do not provide refunds once an order has been placed and prepared. By placing your order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Please make sure to review your selections carefully before confirming your order.
To cancel an order, please contact our team as soon as possible after placing it. Orders that have already entered the preparation process cannot be canceled.
If you wish to cancel a catering or pre-booked event order, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so that we can accommodate your request.
